Returns & Exchanges

Although we hope you love your SOSALA order, we do understand that you might need to return or exchange the item. If this is the case, please follow our policy below.

To return or exchange your order please email info@sosala.com for details. 

Please note, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and the original swing tag must be attached within 14 days from delivery date.

Items marked Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also let you know if your return has been approved or denied. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit is applied automatically to your original method of payment, this can take around 5-10 business days.

Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them

EXCHANGES:

Your exchange item will be shipped once you have returned your original item.

You can return an exchanged item.
